The SwitchMouse is plugged into the computer instead of a normal mouse. The individual directions of movement of the normal mouse are simulated by a joystick (or another multi-switch), which is plugged into the SwitchMouse. Instead of moving the mouse, the corresponding switch (right, left, etc.) is actuated. The keys of a normal mouse are replaced by individual switches or by the acknowledgement button of the joystick (if available).

The SwitchMouse is connected directly to a USB port on your computer. It is recognized automatically, installation of drivers is not necessary for normal operation.

A 9-pin D-SUB connector for the connection of a joystick and eight lateral jacks for the connection of single switches with a 3.5 mm jack plug are attached to the SwitchMouse.

The joysticks acknowledgement button corresponds to a mouse click of the left mouse button.

The four left jacks can be used for the four directions instead of the joystick. The four right jacks correspond to the following mouse key functions:

Left mouse click

Click and drag (left mouse button)

Double-click left

Right mouse key
